Qatar - Doha Airport

Travelled to New Zealand with Qatar and stopped at Doha airport.

The airport was a temple to duty free shopping. but does have a relaxing “garden” area called the Orchard and some interesting art pieces.

Unexpected surprise the Small Lies sculpture by Kaws.  

The sculpture had previously been part of an exhibition at the Yorkshire Sculpture Park.

My aim is not to fester in retirement, and this blog is to show my photos from walks and travels.

Most of the photos will be from Yorkshire, from walks - but nearly a month in New Zealand was a great way to start the travels!
